Holistic Wellness Coaching is a program for women looking to make a shift in their lives.  It is about living in the present, rebuilding the mind/body connection, and prioritizing self-care.  We will work together to identify your objectives and develop an individualized plan that incorporates nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to achieve your goals.  The intention is to wake up each morning with a smile and to head into every situation as your best self.

So, how do we do that?

The journey is different for everyone.  I will be your partner, your coach.  We sit down and go through your goals, talk about your values in life, and see what has worked in the past and what has not.  Together, we then build a health program that is tailored to your unique needs.

During our initial session, we will sit, talk, and start to establish your goals.  After that, we will schedule check-ins to discuss goals from the past week, celebrate what you have accomplished, discuss what barriers may have gotten in the way, and make adjustments moving forward.

We all have within us what we need.  My goal is to create a space where you are celebrated and motivated to reconnect with your authentic self and achieve your goals.
