What is Reiki?
Reiki is a beautiful practice of energy sharing that promotes relaxation, stress relief and both emotional and physical healing.
This process may include essential oils, relaxing music, crystals, sound bowls and chakra work, all depending upon what you are feeling called to in that moment.
What is Angelic Reiki?
Angelic Reiki builds on the work of Usui Reiki by calling in the vibration and energy of pure love through the symbols of Angels. Think of the term “Angel” as synonymous with “Universal Consciousness” or “Divine Love.” It is the energy of source, light, and unconditional acceptance.
Angelic Reiki leaves you feeling guided, supported and unconditionally loved as you work through emotional, physical and spiritual energetic blocks.
What Does a Reiki Energy Counseling Session Entail?
The session begins with a conversation about how you are feeling in your physical, emotional and spiritual body. Once we have set a clear goal or intention for our session together, you rest on an Amethyst Bio-Mat to begin your deep relaxation. Then, we share a grounding meditation and cord-cutting ritual before you settle into deep rest and receive your reiki healing. Reiki can be shared through hands-on healing, clearing of meridian points & balancing of chakras. The session concludes with sound bowl healing and a brief discussion of your Reiki experience.
Oracle cards, crystals, aromatherapy, and different sound bowls may be used throughout the process to aid in your healing journey.

In-person healing sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays at Tula Yoga in Aberdeen, NJ. Additional evenings and weekend appointments are available upon request. Sessions are $122 and run about 75-minutes.
Distance Reiki Intention Circles are held via Zoom on the First Wednesdays of each month at 8:00 pm. Email Hello@LaurenKranich.com to be added to the distribution list.
One-on-One distance reiki sessions are available upon request.
