WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a beautiful practice of energy sharing that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and both emotional and physical healing. This process may include essential oils, relaxing music, crystals, sound bowls, and chakra work, all depending on what you are feeling called to in that moment.
WHAT IS ANGELIC REIKI?
Angelic Reiki builds on the work of Usui Reiki by calling in the vibration and energy of pure love through the symbols of Angels. Think of the term "Angel" as synonymous with "Universal Consciousness" or "Divine Love", the energy of source, light, and unconditional acceptance. Angelic Reiki leaves you feeling guided, supported, and unconditionally loved as you work through emotional, physical, and spiritual energetic blocks.
WHAT DOES A SESSION ENTAIL?
The session begins with a conversation about how you are feeling in your physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Once we have set a clear goal or intention together, you rest on an Amethyst Bio-Mat to begin your deep relaxation. Then, we share a grounding meditation and cord-cutting ritual before you settle into deep rest and receive your Reiki healing, shared through hands-on healing, clearing of meridian points, and balancing of chakras. The session concludes with sound bowl healing and a brief discussion of your experience. Oracle cards, crystals, aromatherapy, and different sound bowls may be used throughout to aid in your healing journey.
In-person healing sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Tula Yoga in Aberdeen, NJ. Additional evenings and weekend appointments are available upon request. Sessions are $122 and run about 75 minutes.

Reiki Attunement Training
Level 1
No prerequisite.
A one-day foundation: the history of Reiki, a full guide to practicing Level 1 Usui Reiki (chakras, meridians, crystals), a grounding meditation to meet your Reiki guide, your attunement, and group practice.
Includes manual, in-person practice session, follow-up support, and access to Reiki shares.
Level 2
Prerequisite: Reiki 1 attunement, any lineage honored.
Deepen your personal practice and gain the tools to begin sharing Reiki professionally: Level 2 symbols and protocols, distance Reiki, new hands-on techniques, pendulum work, and clinical practice skills.
Includes manual and certification.
Level 3: Master Teacher
Prerequisite: Reiki 2 attunement, any lineage honored.
The Master level of your Reiki journey: a deeper connection to Universal Life Force energy, the Master symbol, advanced skills and techniques, and your Master attunement.
Includes manual and certification, plus ongoing access to Reiki shares.
