Summer is the season of Transformation. We see the elements of Fire + Air in the hot, sunny days of July & August. Our bodies have more energy, our minds are eager to explore & our spirit lightens as we fill our long, summer days with laughter. For some, it’s a season of joy & action, while others are shifted into a space of too much heat (ex: anger, sharp tongue, irregular digestion, skin irritations).
Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old health science from India, offers us tools to remain in balance through the season of summer.

to help cool our minds, relax our bodies, and lighten our spirits in the long days of summer.
This workshop will include a seasonal wellness guide, community discussion & guided meditation to help ground us into the energy of the summer.
