Autumn is the season of Movement. We see the elements of Air + Ether in the changing of the leaves & the cool fall breeze. Our minds & bodies shift day-to-day with the erratic weather & shortening daylight. When in balance, we find deep inspiration in nature & passion in our daily tasks. When out of balance, our digestion, thoughts & emotions can become irregular.
Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old health science from India, offers us tools to remain in balance as we transition through the Autumn.
