An evening of Mindfulness

1-hour of gentle stretching & meditation

A Journey Walked Together Counseling & Wellness

Join us for an evening of trauma sensitive yoga & meditation. Our mindfulness session will be kept to an intimate gathering (6 participants) as we explore the mind & body connection through gentle movements, breath work, and meditation.

The evening opens with a brief grounding exercise, then gentle movements to explore the mind/body connection before closing with a 15-minute grounding meditation with crystal sound bowls.

Start the new year by grounding your mind, connecting with your body, and nourishing your spirit.
