Full Moon Reiki & Sound Healing

Invite in the releasing & restorative energy of the full moon with this 90-minute grounding meditation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath, reiki healing, & chakra alignment.

Guided journaling and brief group discussion will follow. Please bring a pen, journal, water & any items you would like to place in the altar.
