Kids’ Yoga hosted by Pier Village’s Artisan Market

Be ready to wiggle, giggle and explore breath & body movement in this kid friendly yoga series (ages 4-12) just steps away from the beach.

Each class will include:

·      Breath Awareness Activities

·      Sound Exploration

·      Silly Yoga Animal Postures

·      Mindfulness Games

Kids’ Yoga will be the following Fridays from 10-10:45 am at the Gazebo by the Carousel at Pier Village.

·      Friday, July 28

·      Friday, August 18  

Bring your own mat/towel and water and come ready to explore sound, breath & silly movements in this 45-minute mind/body adventure.

The cost is $5 a family.  Please register below.
