Ready to shed the heaviness and stagnation of Winter as we embrace the renewal of Spring? Join me for a unique 7-Day Spring Cleanse as we transition our minds, bodies & spirit to the season of lightness & rejuvenation.
Based in the rejuvenating principles of Ayurveda, we look to lighten our physical, emotional & spiritual bodies by releasing what no longer serves us. We then nourish ourselves through a simple mono-diet, creating space to manifest our spring goals through guided journaling and mindfulness.
April is a time of new beginnings. Join us as we renew our energy, call in love, & create space for mental, physical & emotional growth.
What does the cleanse entail?
• We gather at Tula Yoga on Friday, April 14 from 6:30-8:30 pm to discuss why we cleanse in the spring & how we cleanse (this includes reviewing our cleanse guide, a brief history of Ayurveda, the Doshas & the recipes/mindfulness practices used through the next 7-days)
• We learn our unique Ayurveda Constitution (how the 5 elements are balanced in your body) & Vikriti (what is currently out of balance)
• We review the cleanse grocery list & recipes (lentil & grain based vegetarian diet)
• We then share in a grounding meditation & sound bowl bath as we set our intention for the cleanse
You then have a day to collect any final grocery items before we begin our 7-day cleanse on Sunday, April 16.
During the cleanse, you will receive a daily email reminding you of the day’s goals: recipes, teas, affirmations, journaling prompts, etc.
These 7 emails act as a group forum for you to share your questions, celebrate your successes, and keep you motivated as we release what no longer serves us.
On Sunday, April 23, we regather on zoom at 6:30 pm to close our circle with another grounding meditation & group share (this call is optional).
You will leave the experience feeling lighter & balanced as we move into the rejuvenating energy of Spring.
Your on-line cleanse community & I will be available throughout the week to support you with any questions, celebrate your successes, and hold you accountable. Reach out with any questions or dietary concerns.
