Mini Retreat with Sound & Movement
Join us for a transformative 3-hour workshop honoring the energy of the Fall Equinox, a powerful time of balance, transition, and reflection. As the light & dark come into harmony, we invite you to align body, mind, & spirit with practices designed to ground, restore, & renew.
We’ll begin with a brief discussion on the symbolic meaning of the Fall Equinox, exploring how this seasonal shift encourages inner equilibrium, letting go, and embracing change.
The journey continues with a gentle, core-focused Pilates session to awaken & stabilize the body, followed by restorative yoga to soothe the nervous system & support the shift into stillness.
Next, you'll be guided into a deeply restful state through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice that promotes profound relaxation & clarity.
We’ll close with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, & chimes. These vibrations will help integrate your experience and bring balance to your energetic body.

Please bring a yoga mat, any props to aid in your comfort during sound meditation (blanket, pillow, bolster), a pen/journal, and water.
