Yin Yoga

Break through to a new level of calm, health and vitality through Yin Yoga. Yin is a style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer periods of time (usually 3 to 10 minutes) to access deeper layers of fascia and to quiet the mind.

The poses are mostly seated and reclined, and are designed to target the connective tissues rather than the muscles.

This is a slow-paced, meditative, and passive practice that increases inner awareness and incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine.  Great for all levels.
