Lavender Bath Soak

Use this 3 ingredient, no mess blend to help ease aching muscles, relax your mind, and improve sleep. 

Lavender is believed to soothe the mind, heal scars on the skin, and promote relaxation.  Olive oil moisturized your skin while the Epsom Salts soothe your muscles.

Give it a try this evening.

Ingredients

20 drops of lavender essential oil

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 cups of Epsom salts

Directions 

Add the three ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Store in a glass container (the essential oil can react with plastic). 

Add one cup to your warm bath and enjoy.
