Week 2
Last week, I learned push-ups and planks are not my strengths. After 4 days of arms, I could do 10 regular push-ups and 10 push-ups on my knees… I will go ahead and call this a growth opportunity.
This week, I am traveling, so I came up with an on-the-go workout:
· 5 Sun Salutations every morning
· 20 push-ups 4 days next week
· 500 crunches 5 days
· 45 minutes of cardio, 4 days *
*1h 45m at the gym just wasn’t realistic for me, so cardio is getting the cut.
