The infrared amethyst bio-mat helps reduce inflammation, speeds healing of soft tissue, and calms anxiety. Soothing music, aromatherapy, and crystals will all be used to help guide you into a deep relaxation where your body can receive energy and clear emotional & physical blocks.⁣⁣⁣
