Release, Relax & Rejuvenate with this gentle detox & grounding energy practice.

The session begins with a 30-minute Ionic Foot Bath to help detoxify and relax your body.  We use this opportunity to discuss what’s been going on in your mind, body & spirit while you gently release toxins and heavy metals through the soles of your feet.

You then move to the infrared amethyst bio-mat to sink into a deep relaxation while receiving reiki healing.  Crystal singing bowls & essential oils can be utilized to deepen your relaxation.

Sessions run about 75-minutes and cost $144.

Now taking appointments 5-days a week and weekends upon request.
